Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and manage a regional team of professionals.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to the team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients.
• Ensure exceptional client service and address client needs promptly.
• Oversee the implementation of Happy Cashier’s services in client establishments.
• Monitor and report on regional performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using online platforms and technology
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
