Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and stakeholders.

Recruit, train, and manage a regional team of professionals.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to the team.

Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients.

Ensure exceptional client service and address client needs promptly.

Oversee the implementation of Happy Cashier’s services in client establishments.

Monitor and report on regional performance metrics and KPIs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using online platforms and technology
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
